Give yourself the gift of self-love. Take time to go for a walk, a massage, or spend some extra time in bed today!

  • Write yourself a love note… (e.g) Dear you, you are beautiful, smart and deserving of so much love.

  • Write out all the things that you are grateful for and all of the places you experience love in your life!

  • Spend some extra time doing the things that seem ordinary! Make yourself a special coffee, or a breakfast that has specially shaped fruit. Anything that allows you to be a little more mindful and enjoy the moment more!
