The DTD method
Digest.
Think.
Do.
Insight matters. Application is where it becomes yours.
01
Digest
Take in one idea. Let it land before you rush to turn it into a ten-step plan or another reason to judge yourself.
02
Think
Consider where it shows up in your life, relationships, reactions, choices, and recurring patterns.
03
Do
Try one small shift. A sentence, a boundary, a repair, a question, or a different next move.
We do not just want you to save the post. We want it to change something.

The Couples
Reset
Conversation cards for reconnection, repair, and getting unstuck.
Coming soon
Not another list of communication tips.
The Couples Reset is a guided conversation tool for the moments when you love each other but keep missing each other. It helps couples slow down, get underneath the familiar argument, and create a different next move.
- Move beyond the surface version of the argument.
- Make repair feel more specific and less performative.
- Create conversation when neither person knows where to begin.

Meet the human behind the Dose
I’m Ilana.
I make the
hard stuff
easier to talk about.
Daily Therapy Dose started because good information was not the problem. The problem was that it was too clinical, too shame-laden, or too buried to actually land.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex
Therapist. In my private practice, I work with individuals and
couples throughout California, specializing in intimacy,
relationships, and sexual wellness.
DTD is where I take what people quietly wonder about and make
it clearer, more human, and easier to use in real life.

Daily Dose of Sexuality is the sister channel dedicated entirely to desire, pleasure, sexual pain, bodies, shame, identity, and the questions people are often too embarrassed to ask.
