1.     Nike Run Club

Making running a part of your weekly routine makes you feel energetic, confident, mentally healthy, and helps your sleep cycle. The Nike Run Club app is a great addition to your phone, allowing you to track each run, create soundtracks, unlock achievements, and complete challenges.

2.     Headspace

Headspace is an app designed to help you practice mindfulness. With various meditation sessions, podcasts, and playlists, Headspace is a great way to beat stress!

3.     Health

This free, default app on your iPhone has several functions. Set sleeping goals, exercises, and meals all from your phone. Additionally, you can track your menstrual cycle and measure your symptoms for different illness’.

4.     Spotify

While most of you may already have the app and use it frequently, you may not be making the most out of your subscription. Spotify has a range of playlists (and podcasts) for different moods. Their countless playlists can help you focus on work, meditate, workout, study, and more.

5.     My Gratitude Journal

The app designed to help you manage your projects. Trello is a tool that creates visual lists that are more like pinboards. These “projects” which can range from actual work or school projects, grocery lists, vacation plans, storing recipes, checklists, photos, etc. are a simple way to help you visualize the multiple aspects of your project all at once. Additionally. this collaborative app allows you to invite others to work on projects with you.
